Additional instructions for NON ITALIAN citizens - Only for non Italian citizens who cannot possibly use any of the submission options highlighted in Article 3 para 1, it is also possible to deliver the application package via hand-delivery service (courier) or registered mail by the deadline to the following postal address: CENTRO ALTI STUDI PER LA DIFESA - SCUOLA SUPERIORE AD ORDINAMENTO SPECIALE DELLA DIFESA, Piazza della Rovere, 83, 00165 Roma. In this case, applicants will have to undersign their application form with an original signature (no digital signature will be accepted) and to attach a scanned valid ID. Applicants will have to send by e-mail a scanned copy of their application form as well as the registered receipt to the following address: irad.ucd@casd.difesa.it
